Assessment

Assessment is a key step on the path toward improving your emotional and psychological well-being.
We don’t just identify the issue — we aim to understand its root cause and find the most effective way forward. Your situation is unique, and that’s why our assessment process is personalized.

We begin every support process with an in-depth evaluation to fully understand your needs and ensure the most effective treatment path. Using modern protocols and evidence-based tools, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to gain deep insight into your condition.

Our main methods include:
● Clinical interviews
● Diagnostic questionnaires
● Standardized psychological testing

This allows us to create an individualized support plan, fully tailored to your needs and circumstances.

Clinical Interview

For Adults

This is the primary diagnostic procedure that allows us to gain a deeper understanding of your situation. A doctor or psychologist begins by listening to your main concerns and challenges, exploring their history, and identifying what steps you’ve already taken to address them. The conversation is then enriched with clarifying questions to better understand the context of your condition, as well as the inner resources and strengths that may support your progress.

For Children and Adolescents

When a family seeks help, we conduct the interview with consideration for the child’s age. Often, the conversation is held separately with the parents and the child to gain a fuller perspective on the issue.
We focus not only on the challenges but also on the family context, social environment, and the child's developmental background. For younger clients, we may incorporate additional diagnostic tools such as drawings, play, or storytelling — all of which help us better understand their emotional world.

Questionnaires and Rating Scales

Following the initial interview, we may recommend a set of diagnostic questionnaires and rating scales, depending on the situation. These tools help us not only assess the specific concerns in more detail but also determine the severity of the symptoms.
Each questionnaire provides valuable information that guides the therapeutic process. In the case of children, we may also involve other individuals — such as teachers — to gain a fuller picture of the child’s condition and screen for other potential issues.

Standardized Psychodiagnostic Tests

Psychodiagnostic tests are used after the clinical interview when a more detailed assessment of symptoms, psychological development, or other aspects is needed.
These tests are administered by qualified psychologists or physicians with specialized training. Typically, the testing process takes one or two sessions, with additional time required for analyzing the results.

Such methods are especially valuable for evaluating symptoms of autism, intellectual development levels, other psychological disorders, and neurocognitive functioning.
